patch 30203475 cannot be downloaded correctly

Trying to download patch 30203475 but each time I end up with a corrupt 80 Meg patch

Somewhere it says to use Internet Explorer instead, but for me that doesn't work.

Some mirror probably has a corrupt copy

My question is: can anybody download that patch (the Linux version of it) ?
