Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anybody help me with a Tax Form Definitions issue?

When adding effdt 01/01/2019 to the tax form table I'm getting Data being added conflicts with existing data. (18,2) .

When I sql data base I see box 09,14K,14L with an effective date of 01/01/2019, but tax form table does not have 01/01/2019 row.

Any ideas how to correct this?
