How to Remove Ruleset from Planning that was Deleted from Calculation Manager

Hello,

We are running Planning 11.1.2.4.008 and Calc Manager 11.1.2.4.013. I deleted some rulesets from Calc Manager, but the rulesets continue to appear in Planning, under the Tools > Business Rules menu. I read a number of documents on how to remove deleted Calc Manager rules from Planning by deploying in Calc Manager, but the same idea will not work with rulesets, because once deleted, they do not list in Calc Manager anymore.

How can I refresh the Planning ruleset list?
