CS 9.2 and PT 8.57 compatible on Linux

Hi All,

We plan to upgrade PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to 9.2 and PT 8.57. 

Please advise on the following: 

1. Whether the CS 9.2 with PT 8.57 is compatible on Linux platform.

2. If yes, which Linux version it supports (OL or RHEL and version).

3. Which is better in terms of cost effectiveness: Linux or Windows platform

4. Are there any known issues on PS environment, when applying regular patches and updates on Linux platform.

5. Any other area of concerns when deploying on Linux platform.  

Appreciate your advises on these queries.
