Changing scheduled pick date creates new shipment number and blanks our FRTH on order line.
Hi,
we are having a problem that needs to be resolved.
Our customer service often changes order pick date. We have a custom program that allows them to do this. This program executes N4900010 function that checks if this order can be added to an existing shipment number or a new shipment number will be generated.
So, in cases when a new shipment number is generated the system blanks out SDFRTH and SDMOT except for the first line of the order.
Is this a bug?
Has anybody run into something like this?
I'm about to submit a service request but wanted to ask the community first.
