ERP JDE E1 : users unable to login to JDE XE version

Dear experts,

We are using ERP JDE XE version, I can able to access jde application as admine. When users trying to login  application they are unable to login.

Getting given below error.

All users facing same issue.Could you please avise on this what action i need to proceed for this issue.

NOTE : As Admine i can able to access JDE application only users facing this issue.
