How do I increase iscsid login attempts?

Hello,

During OVS nodes boot, iscsid fails to login to targets. After boot, I am able to login to the targets manually from cli.

Checking iscsid in messages log:

# cat /var/log/messages | grep iscsid

Dec 12 12:34:50 ovs2 iscsid: connect to 20.88.10.10:3260 failed (No route to host)

Dec 12 12:34:56 ovs2 iscsid: connect to 20.88.10.10:3260 failed (No route to host)

Howdy, Stranger!
