Change Default Charge Account for inventory asset items

Hello Experts,

We have requirement where we would need users to enter requisition of destination type 'Inventory' and the item is an Inventory Item. The item received should be onhand trackable and at same time should not charge against Material account from Subinventory or Organization setups..

However we need some option to let users enter their own charge account instead of Material Account or expense account from Item Master,

Any guidance or pointers on this will be highly appreciated.
