Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R03B500x does not update the statement number and statement date in F03B14 but it updates the same fields in F03B11.

Under what conditions does it update F03B14?
