httpuritype.createuri procedure gives an error as " Http request failed/Certificate validation failu

Hi All,

one of our custom program went into error as "HTTP request failed/Certificate validation failure" after our EXA migration then we found that issue causing the package which is used in the code: httpuritype.createuri .

Note: Before migration this custom program is working fine and  we used http URL but after migration we have used https. we aware of that https is not used in Httpuritype package until we setup the wallet which contains required certificates so DBA team setup the proxy and wallet as well but still i am getting the same error.

Custom program is used for getting the pdf output and send the mail with attachment to customer, here pdf output is generated but mail is not triggered to the customer with attachment. we have got the above error.
