Tax defaults in Purchasing

Dear Experts,

While raising a Purchase Order in EBS, customer wants the Tax Code to auto populate based on Item / Service selected and Tax GL Code to auto populate based on whether order line is for Goods or Services. This feature is available in Vertex and customer is checking if we can achieve this using EB Tax.
