my exachk in version 19.2.1 do not retrieve my database

Hello guru

my exachk in version 19.2.1 do not retrive my database.

I have installed the new version 19.2.3. then when i execute :

>>export RAT_DBNAMES='OACNPRE'

>> exachk

exachk do not see my database :

when i execute "srvctl config"  i see my 2 database but when i execute "exachk" it do not see my database in mode UP.
