Xstore Mobile not loading on Mobile Device(v 17.0.1)

Does anyone know what could cause the mobile app to get stuck on the xstore starting screen? It gets to the screen and doesn't load past it until we restart the xstore mobile service on the machine it is running on (Deleting the anchor files in xstore-mobile/tmp and starting xstore-mobile.bat) The log entry below is the last thing in the log until we restart the service.
