Why table compare (release 9.2.4) doesn't launch?

Hi All,

We are working on a table in a project, we click the design button, on the form we select the Design Tools and we click the table compare button, but later an error window appear with this information:

First Window - JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Error

Business function Library load failed - E:\E920\PS920\bin32\CALLBSFN.dll

click ok

Second Window - JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Error

Business function Library load failed - E:\E920\PS920\bin32\CALLBSFN.dll - _jdeInitEnvBSFN@12

click ok

JDE Solution Explorer closes immediately.

Could you please check and guide me.
