Secondary Ledger-Can we disable specific Balancing segments from not getting transferred to secondar

We are in the process of setting up our secondary ledger.  Business requirement is that certain balancing segments should not be transferred from Primary to secondary.

I know that we can restrict it at Journal Source / Category level.  However, is there a way to restrict the transfer at Balancing Segment level.
