Retro Benefits-Did Not Pick Up Expected Retro Payments

Hello! On 12/13/19 we reprocessed our 1/1/19 Open Enrollment Event for 2 employees who completed the tobacco cessation program, to reassign them to the non smoker medical plan effective 1/1/19 (Deduction Start Date of 12/17/18). The pay period end date being processed today (12/17/19) was Sunday 12/15.  The retro ben process was run today 12/17/19) and these two employees did not show up on the report.

Their 2019 OE event was re-assigned and they were re-enrolled in the benefits and moved to the non smoker medical plan, which has a lower premium than that smoker medical plan they'd been enrolled in.

They also have 1/1/2020 enrollment records out there, and I wasn't sure if having future-dated records could cause a problem.
