Do Chartfields come over to FIN as part of the HR Integration with Expenses?
On the Expenses 'Update Profile' page, an administrator is able to set the default chartfield values for that expense employee that will be used on their transactions. Fields such as GL Unit, Fund, Dept, Program, Appn/PCA, Appropriation Year, Product, etc are available. I believe that GL Unit and Dept ID values are brought over from HR the WORKFORCE_SYNC or WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC. Does anyone know what message the other chartfields are brought over on? Or will the administrator be expected to fill these in on behalf of the employee?
