After upgrade to Oracle 19.5, exit from sqlplus has a noticeable pause

When I exit from sqlplus, on our newly upgraded to 19.5 database, there is a noticeable delay before it is finished.

I first noticed it on one database, and after upgrading a second one, I know for sure it is happening.  They're on 2 different servers and doesn't happen with other non-19.5 databases.

It doesn't matter what version of sqlplus I'm using.  It's something about disconnecting from the database.(Correction. I should have said something about exiting sqlplus, not disconnecting from the database)

I haven't tested to see if it happens with other tools, because they may be harder to notice.  Definitely noticeable with sqlplus and I'd like to know what's going on before we upgrade our databases that have lots of activity.
