Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear All,

Our oracle database sql monitor is broken and i can't monitor any sql in database.

Database version 12.2.0.1

all of oracle hidden parameters relates to sql monitor is in their default value.

monitoring doesn't work for simple queries with 5 line of plan.

monitoring hint doesn't work also.

I tested queries with parallel over big tables.
