Sanity Check Please.
I have an issue with one 3rd party vendor not handling our calls correctly.
Right hand side is our CUCM. Left hand side is out to the Vendor.
The CUMC is sending ACK with CSeq: 103 ACK, followed by UPDATE with CSeq: 104 UPDATE
The SBC then sends same out to the vendor
Vendor agrees that they receive the same.
BUT. They then forward on as UPDATE followed by ACK
There excuse is that because the ACK is more complex then the UPDATE gets through their system quicker
Surely this is where the CSeq comes in, to keep the messages in the correct order.
