ASR Registration failed

hello,

i have try to register our asr instance because we should change the proxy settings. Now i become the error message and cannot register the asr:

Dec 18, 2019 11:28:37 AM [Thread-40] ERROR container.ContainerServiceImpl,291 - Registration failed.
