Query on Repost Purchase Orders

Quick question on Repost purchase order program P43990 in A9.1.  We are experiencing this issue in our B/P, where all inventory moved out and no inventory transactions. However for few items , item summary availability application still showing values in Qty in transit (QTTR) / Qty on PO field. Have cleared corresponding QTTR values in F41021 and no open PO / open transfer orders (OT) for these items in this closed B/P. However the daily run of repost purchase order P43990 populates this field value in F41021 for these items. Not sure how P43990 does populate the Qty in transit
