How to populate new Alternate Description tables like F0101D?

We are upgrading from 8.12 to 9.2 (Tools 9.2.2.5). 9.2 introduces new alternate description tables such as F0101D. We found that when non-default language users query certain data like in P4210, the Name of Address Number cannot be displayed due to upgrade conversion does not populate the new table F0101D. Any guide to help us populate them?
