2020 Form W-4 Testing - New Hire view in ESS

We're testing Form W-4 for 2020 and have entered a new hire with an effective date of 01/01/2020.  When we go into self-service and look at W-4 Information page it does not display the form data.  There is a message that displays "W-4 Tax Information: Enter any information you have and click Search.  Leave fields blank for list of values".  There is also a message saying No matching values were found.

Has any experienced this message? If so, how did you fix it?
