Preboarding a recruit prior to Hire

I recall that Oracle had the preboarding process on the roadmap in the near term (saw this at the last Alliance) - this is the step between the accepted offer of the candidate in Talent Acquisition Manager and the prepare to hire step in the HCM, where we are able to collect critical data such as National ID and birthdate online (I saw another question about this regarding background checks, and this is somewhat related). At the moment, we collect this with a paper form before hiring the candidate and would like to secure and automate this. Does anyone know
