Project ID Field is disabled on ProCard Account Distribution Page

We are currently implementing the Procurement Card module within PeopleSoft Procurement.  However, when we looked at the distribution line on the ProCard Account Distribution page, the project id field is disabled from entry.  Has anyone ran into this issue and knows of a quick fix? We are running FSCM 9.2 on PeopleTools 8.56.11. Thank You
