ABC Classification: Can we configure?

I might be asking very basic question but could not find a quick answer. How do we configure what should fall in A, B and C? Or will it be always a fixed (hard coded) analysis by Oracle Inventory?

I tried to get some idea from documentation but request Gurus to guide
