Supply Chain Working Capital

There is one requirement to compute and populate the Supply Chain Working capital (SCWC).I am not sure if there is any such calculation happens in Oracle EBS.Even conceptually it is not clear how this Supply Chain Working Capital is calculated.

Please advise on how is this calculated.
