Payroll Accounting Lines to FN GL Integration Broker - New Company not working??

We are HCM 9.2 PeopleTools 8.57. PUM 29

We setup a new company,business unit, departments, etc ..... Payroll works perfect for all employees in new Company/BU. All Payroll reports/pay checks are accurate and correct. We run PAYGL01.sqr for the pay calendar run_id and it runs to success. The new company and business_unit data are in PS_HR_ACCT_LINE table. When we batch publish to push the payroll data to GL, the new company/bu data does not publish to GL and is not in the XML data when we review it.

Anyone have experience debugging the PAYROLL_ACCTG_TRANSACTION Service Operation?
