Server Error 500

The Server has encountered an unspecified error that means it is unable to provide the user interface at this time.

  • Please contact Oracle support.
  • Please provide the appliance diagnostics package when logging a service request.
  • To download the diagnostics package, log in to this appliance and run the following command as 'root':
    • /usr/local/dbfw/bin/priv/dbfw-diagnostics-package.rb
