Contract Template Print Preview Error

Hi all,

I have created the contract template, contract clause. While creating a clause i have to import the word file (type of XML). after that i click the preview button, the following error occured.

"Application: OKC, Message Name: TEMPLATE_PREVIEW_ERROR."

Kindly suggest rectifying the issue.
