Receivable API for intergration with a billing system

Dear Members,

We are implementing a billing system that we want to interface with oracle receivable that requires api. the output on the billing system has only the Location, Amount billing, Item descriptions and GL Type.

With this information ,

I) Is there other mandatory information required and the expected api interface template for Oracle.

ii) If no, what is the expected api interface template for Oracle.
