PO Auto Source " Build PO as Approved": Issue PO Open and In Hold status

Hello All,

I am troubleshooting a random issue of some POs created Open and in Hold status.

Normally, all the POs are created approved, budget checked and NOT hold from further processing after the Auto source process and budget check run.

The Auto Source job is setup to select approved requisitions with Item Id required, Options ( Build PO as Approved, Calculate PO lines and allow Dispatch when Approved). The Approval Workflow is enabled for Purchase Orders at PO change Option.

I am trying to identify the Step/PeopleCode/SQL definition that updates the PO_HDR.HOLD_STATUS to Yes (Hold from further processing) and builds the PO "Open" instead of "Approved".
