Strategic sourcing email notifications getting flagged as spam

My organization recently went to Office 365 and now we are having issues with some of our PeopleSoft emails being flagged as spam and not getting delivered. Some of our sourcing events have 100's of email addresses some only a handful and it's hit or miss if they bounce back. I'm being told by our Outlook admins that Microsoft cannot provide us with the exact reason some of our emails are being flagged as spam. Instead I am being given general tips such as: remove links from the body of an email, do email hygiene (aka do not include bad
