Need info on what additional steps are needed when cloning EBS with ECC installed

In the process of cloning PROD that has ECC installed, using MOS Doc. Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)

There are no instructions on re-configuring EBS, like changing s_ecc_web_host in context_file.

Only cloning documentation I have found is Appendix D from Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1)

that handles only the ECC environment part.

Found the problem when adding node and console~OHS~1.log complained about not finding ecc.conf

Could not open configuration file /R12/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/instances/EBS_web_OHS2/config/OHS/EBS_web/ecc.conf: No such file or directory
