2020 Social Security Wage Limit

We applied the 2019 Year-End Patch II to our Oracle EBS test system.  I processed several quickpays to test the 2020 wage limit.  The social security tax is stopping at the 2019 limit.  Is the limit coming in another patch or is this something that comes from Vertex?
