NRA Addl Wages (Special Tax Amount 5)

Our functional payroll team had a question ahead of us applying the 2020 tax changes to our Production environment.  "Where do the amounts come from for the tax update?  I could not find information in the documentation for the allowance amount and the NRA Addl Wages (Special Tax Amount 5).  In the most recent updates the NRA amount was increased from $8,000 to $8,100."
