Supplemental life coverage level calculation for newly eligible employees
We are setting up Benefits Self-service for employees who are newly eligible for benefits. This includes new hires, rehires, and employees changing status from temp to regular. For supplemental life we have coverage formulas using the annual benefits base rate as of the 1st day of the 1st month of the current year. This works fine for new hires, since their only JOB row is for the hire action, but for those changing status from temp to regular, Ben Admin is getting the ABBR from the JOB row prior to the status change, since that was the current row as
