oacore managed server fails to start JPS-06519: Failed to get/set credential with map fks and key nu

Hello,

I am struggling with a clone, very rare, but may be related to the last FMW security bundle we applied. The adcfgclone.pl ran fine. Addnode ran fine. Had an issue with an oacore starting on an added webnode, so enabled the primary admin tier OHS and I removed it the node.

Running 12.2.5

Database 11.2.0.4

FMW 11.1.1.9

Solaris 11.4.15.5.0

Errors:

BEA-090892> <The loading of OPSS java security policy provider failed due to exception, see the exception stack trace or the server log file for root cause. If still see no obvious cause, enable the debug flag -Djava.security.debug=jpspolicy to get more information. Error message: JPS-06514: Opening of file based keystore failed.>
