Copy of seeded report is not generating XML data

We are using EBS 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.2.0 There is a seeded report AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report which generates XML data and shows output in rtf. We have a requirement to add receipt number from RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS in this report. To achieve this we have made a separate copy of concurrent, executable and PL/SQL procedure (which generates XML data) of this report. Issue is this copy version of seeded procedure or report is not generating XML data. Any error or warning is also not being shown by system so it is difficult to find the rootcause of problem.
