Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Option to include and exclude Frieght charges

Dear Gurus,

We have cases with some customers paying the frieght costs. There are other cases when frieght costs are borne by us.

Please advise:

How do I set the frieght charges included in Price and also as a separate line item in the Sales order lines
How do I configure the pricing in such a way that frieght charges are not applied when customers are bearing that cost?
