after patching issue with NodeManager

After patching issue with NodeManager on DMZ/External nodes.

On internal nodes nodemanager and managed servers starting fine

Used correct weblogic password

Getting below error in nodemanager.log, because of this managed servers not starting on DMZ/External nodes

NodeManager is not fully up....Waiting for 10 sec....

NodeManager is started now

Connecting to Node Manager ...

ERROR: Invalid credentials passed.

========================================

Under the folder $FMW_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nmHome6

a log file 12200935.log showing

$ cat 12200935.log

ERROR: Failed to execute txkSetAppsLibsTarget.py.

Followed: 2064239.1 and 889842.1 - no luck

Please advise...
