Exclude LOVs from Full RR Migration

Hi Support Team,

We have upgraded Dev and QA environments to IP 19.9 version.

In order to migrate code from Dev to QA, we atleast need to do one full migration.

We do not want to migrate LOVs from Dev to QA , as we have more lov records in QA.

As per below doc, If we are doing it manually via BS simulator, we can avoid LOV migration from Dev to QA.

Can you please confirm it and also please provide bookshelf links which has steps to run Full RR migration without using migration app.
