Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to add remarks during release of credit hold in JDE 9.1 ?

Hi All,

I am on JDE 9.1.There is a requirement from the customer to be able add remarks/ attach mail before releasing customer order from hold.

Is there such a functionality in JDE?

If not , has anyone ever implemented any similar functionality in a project?

Please share relevant inputs. Any help will be much appreciated.
