Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. E-Business Tax (MOSC)

Oracle Email Notification date stamp is 5 Hours ahead of our Local US Eastern Standard time

Dear Oracle Guru,

We came across of Time stamp difference issue in our Oracle email notification that are sent out for our iExpense and iProcurement PO Requisition.

We are located US Eastern Standard Time Zone. However, our Oracle email notifications has the time stamp printed on our email notification emails

that goes to our PO Requisition and iExpense approver with a times stamp 5 hours ahead of our current local time.

We are not sure as when this behavior has started but we noticed it now and would like to know as how and where we need to check and make the fix.
