Siebel Server status is Handshake Failed after restoring the system backup in Linux

Hi Team,

Siebel server is not coming up and shows the status as "Handshake Failed" on list servers command .

This issue is coming up after restoring the backup of Linux system . Surprisingly , we have tried restoring all previous backup also which were in working condition when backup was taken.

But siebel server is not coming up with any of the backup restored.
