Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone,

I need to build a utility to send email using O365.

Our requirements are below.Please provide some guide's for it.

Below are the specific requirements for building an Email utility to utilize O365 servers.

Must support connecting directly to our O365 exchange environment
Must support authentication as a Stemilt Windows Domain user
Must support Subject Line
Must support multiple send to emails and/or distribution groups
Must support Carbon Copy (CC) capabilities
Must support Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) capabilities
Must support plain text and html email body types
Must support file attachments
- Attachments from Concurrent Request Output
