War files deployments failed in weblogic Server

Hi Oracle Team,

I am installing version 18 base Xoffice installation version and details are 18.0.0.0.654  with XST customer id and patch version 0.0.0. once set up done deployments getting failed. I installed Genkeys and encrypted correctly in xcenter.properties but still getting same error, Customer ID is XST.

Please help me to fix my this issue.
