Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is "Performing Secure Erase of Data on Storage Disks" a must to re-image ODA x6-ha to 19.5?

Hi

We are going to re-image our ODAx6-ha to 19.5 and there is a step "Is "Performing Secure Erase of Data on Storage Disks".

Is this a must or optional? Someone said this step is going to take very long hours and we would like to skip it if possible.
