Seasonal PM Schedule

Hi All - I just created an idea to allow Seasonal PM Schedules to be defined but am still in need of a solution today:  Do you have any seasonal PM's and, if so, how did you set them up?

the only idea I have (that doesn't require backflips and calendar reminders to change dates) is to create multiple activity numbers and multiple, annual schedules.  Very tedious. 

I'm open to ideas!
